Tiger Pistol Leadership
Paul Elliott excitedly joined the Tiger Pistol team as CEO in 2019, following the strategic investment by Next Sparc. Previously, as President of BrandMuscle, a national-to-local software and services company, Elliott was responsible for innovating, enhancing, and delivering the future of BrandMuscle’s Integrated Marketing Platform. He has also held senior leadership positions in several large digital agencies, including his role as EVP, Marketing and Innovation for Rosetta (the Publicis Group’s customer engagement agency), and successfully built and sold his search marketing firm, which ultimately became part of Razorfish. Prior to starting his agency, Paul served as the Director of Digital Marketing for the specialty retailer, Things Remembered, and began his career as a business process consultant at IBM.
He is a recognized thought leader in integrated marketing and customer engagement, with more than 20 years of experience helping global brands and their local outlets achieve significant results and return on marketing investments. Elliott was a recipient of Ad Age’s 40 under 40 and the Smart Business Smart 50 honor. Outside of work, he values his time with his wife Lauren, son, and daughter.
Reid Sheppard has nearly two decades of experience leading teams in developing and implementing complex technology solutions and systems. Prior to Tiger Pistol, Sheppard served as Vice President, Technology at Robots and Pencils, a global digital innovation firm; Senior Technology Manager at OverDrive, Inc, where he was responsible for the delivery and support of mobile applications for virtual libraries; and Senior Application Development Manager at Progressive Insurance, where he was responsible for large-scale project delivery, complex system architecture, and internal capability advancement. Reid’s skills include agile methodologies, test automation, Android development, and the software development life cycle.
VP, Onboarding & Engagement
Casey has more than a decade of experience in digital marketing automation. In her time working with SMBs, multi-location brands, and resellers, she has helped her clients execute on product positioning, launch strategy, sales enablement, fulfillment, and performance management.
Prior to Tiger Pistol, Casey served in Client Services leadership roles at Yodle for 9 years, where she helped create the enterprise brand division and build out a high growth client services organization. During her tenure, Yodle grew from a maturing start-up to over $160MM in revenue and 1,200 employees. Yodle was acquired by Web.com in 2016.
Casey graduated from Fordham University with a B.A. in Communications and Business. She lives in Austin with her husband, Kyle, where they enjoy trying out new restaurants throughout the city.
SVP, Talent and Enablement
Kierston is a dynamic talent executive with a background in the consulting and digital marketing industries. For more than 20 years, she has helped companies build thriving cultures through growth and process change. Kierston’s approach to talent is founded in a deep understanding of service industry business models in a global context. She has extensive experience building cultures that enable teams and individuals to deliver their best for client satisfaction.
Prior to joining Tiger Pistol, Kierston held positions at Accenture, Rosetta, Razorfish, Kalibrate and Robots & Pencils. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, is an affiliate of the Society of Human Resource Management, and has been a certified Professional in HR [PHR] since 2003.
Tony provides financial acumen and organizational leadership through process improvements and strategic development to ensure the integrity, health and growth of the organization. He has served in numerous different industries and in a variety of capacities including financial planning and analysis, audit, tax, compliance, and consulting over his 10 years of experience between public and private accounting.
Tony earned bachelor degrees in accounting and business law from Ohio University and is an active Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the AICPA and is an active volunteer for various nonprofit groups including the Kidney Foundation and the Epilepsy Association.
Christina brings 20+ years’ experience in content and marketing execution across multiple verticals. Formerly Director of Content Marketing at BrandMuscle, she was responsible for the strategy, management, and execution of corporate thought leadership.
A former social media manager for Schumacher Homes; public relations director for WRL Advertising; and broadcast journalist for the Cleveland and Washington, DC DMAs, Christina earned multiple-awards from the National Association of Home Builders, the American Advertising Federation, and the Society of Professional Journalists. She holds an MSJ from the Medill School at Northwestern University.

Donny brings two decades of experience in digital advertising as well as building and leading revenue organizations to scale.
Prior to Tiger Pistol, Donny founded Quota NYC, which helps companies build sales systems that scale efficiently and can be managed through a simple quota. In addition, Donny has held leadership positions at Simpli.fi, MediaWhiz, and Dex Media.
Donny holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Georgia Southern University. He lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
VP, Client Management
Joe leads the Client Management organization at Tiger Pistol, and he is responsible for ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of Tiger Pistol’s portfolio of brand, channel partner, and agency clients. Joe has nearly two decades of experience in online marketing, advertising technology, and all things digital.
Prior to joining Tiger Pistol in 2017, Joe spent 5 years on the Partner Development team at Yahoo, where he managed many of the company’s largest paid search and native advertising partnerships. In addition to his experience at Yahoo, Joe has served in leadership roles at several technology firms, including the Rubicon Project, Bridg, and Spot Runner.
A native of California, Joe and his family now reside in Austin, Texas. When he isn’t obsessively focused on solving challenges for Tiger Pistol’s clients, he can usually be found spending time with family, writing and recording music, and probably eating too much.

Bob drives our product vision, leading his team to define and launch valuable solutions to the market. He has over a decade of product management experience, directing product and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver on strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Tiger Pistol, Bob led product teams at BrandMuscle and Rakuten, where he brought strategic alignment, process improvement, and product growth that improved revenue and profitability across multiple product lines. He holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Malone University and an M.B.A. in Global Business from the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University.
Bob is an avid audiobook listener and lives in the Cleveland area with his wife and three daughters, where they enjoy hiking in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park or catching musicals at Playhouse Square.

Co-founder, Tiger Pistol
Steve co-founded Tiger Pistol back in May 2011 and now serves as a board member and advisor following the early 2019 acquisition and investment in Tiger Pistol by Next Sparc.
A pioneer of social advertising for local and small business, Steve expanded Tiger Pistol from Australia to the U.S. in 2015 and subsequently lead the establishment of Tiger Pistol as a global leader working side by side with the likes of Facebook, key local and small business industry stakeholders and most importantly equally pioneering client organizations.
Steve has a history of identifying market opportunities and establishing leading companies in high growth markets such as social for small business. He founded and led marketing technology company Accumulate headquartered in Australia with licensing deals in the U.S. and APAC region. He subsequently founded and lead Grass Roots Group in the Asia Pacific region, serving multinational brands with marketing technology to drive sales growth through small business resellers. He was named as one of The Australian’s Technology People To Watch and regularly writes for a range of publications.

Nathan is a General Partner with Next Sparc. Nathan started his career with Procter & Gamble establishing Oracle as the global database standard and developing IBM Cognos Powerplay into a commercial product with Cognos.

Miles is CFO of Next Sparc, before which he spent his formative years as a Director with PwC in the Transaction Services group. He also acts as CFO of several portfolio companies.
